Obama lands in Cedar Rapids

April 25,2012-

President Obama landed today in Cedar Rapids at the Eastern Iowa Airport on time at 11:35 a.m.. He will be in Iowa City to give a speech about keeping student loan interest rates low and is scheduled to speak at 1:20 at The University of Iowa Field House.
He was greeted by congressman Dave Loebsack and Cedar Rapids Mayor Ron Corbett. People from around Iowa were there to greet the president. He took time to greet and shake people’s hands before he got in a presidential limo headed for Iowa City.
