City High boys swimming lost to Cedar Rapids Washington by a score of 119-41 this past Tuesday. This was City’s 3rd loss in a row for the team, giving them a 0-3 record to start the season. There are only 11 swimmers on the team.
“We faced one of the best teams in the state and we swam good times but we ultimately can’t win because we don’t have enough people.” Sam Cavanaugh ’14 said.
City will compete in the Dubuque Quadrangular this Saturday at the Coralville Aquatic Center at 11:00 A.M.
