City Café Opens Up For A Year Again

City High student Cornel and paraeducator Clark Robkin serve coffee on opening day.

The Cafe opened up yesterday morning to students and staff. Run by the special ed department at City High, the cafe is a rich tradition here at City High. For the 2014-2015, the cafe changed distributors from Jolly Monkey Co. to the local Cafe De Sol. Clark Robkin, a paraeducator here at City High, explained the change.

“It’s local so its easier to get to,” Robkin explained. “We have a few new kinds of coffee but most of every thing has stayed the same.”

The cafe is open before and during 1st, 2nd , 3rd, and 5th hour. All funds gained through the cafe goes to helping City High’s Best Buddies department.
