Last Friday, Iowa City police found the body of Tong Shao, a 20 year-old Iowa State student who had been missing since September 6th. Her body was recovered in the trunk of a car near an apartment complex in south-east Iowa City. The ICPD have named Xiangnan Li, a 26 year-old Iowa student, as a person of interest. Police believe Li has fled back to China.
