Little Hawks Defeated In Season Opener

The Little Hawks put up the fight they knew they would, but it didn’t end their way.
The match-up against Cedar Falls marks the fourth year in a row in which City has played the Tigers for the season opener and lost.
This season’s game (21-35), however, was still a marked improvement over last year’s (0-14) loss. The match was filled with back and forth touchdowns, Cedar Falls always keeping the upper hand by seven points or more.
