City High Ranked the #2 Best High School in the State by Niche

Niche, a website devoted to reviewing and rating schools, cities, and neighborhoods, has named Iowa City High School as the second best public high school in Iowa, just behind Ames High School.
“It is always nice to receive receive recognition that City High so richly deserves. This particular ranking, I believe, relies on the results of student and parent surveys. It is nice to receive this type of affirmation from our stakeholders. We have an amazing school and it is nice to have people recognize that,” said Principal John Bacon.
Niche awarded City High with an overall grade of A+, rankings based upon a combination of categories. City High received different rankings per category:

Resources & Facilities: A-
