Large Group Speech competed in their first competition on Saturday, January 21st. Twelve of the fourteen teams earned Division 1 rankings at Districts last Saturday and will be moving on to the State competition on February 4th.

“It felt like a community,” Mira Kumar ’20, whose Choral Reading team earned a Division 1 ranking, said. “I’m so excited for State. I did not know if we were gonna get it. I get to work with a puppet, and I was not ready to say goodbye to her!”

Large Group Speech will also be performing their Home Show on Friday, January 27th at 7:30 p.m. in Opstad Auditorium. The show is free of charge and will feature all teams.
