Current and Previous Yearbook Issues to be Sold
May 19, 2017
With construction in room 2109 beginning soon, The Little Hawk staff is rapidly trying to sell current and previous editions of yearbooks.
Old yearbooks can be purchased for $10. Contact Journalism advisor Jonathan Rogers at [email protected] to reserve a copy.
Starting next year, the journalism/yearbook room will have windows, doors separating journalism from yearbook, and plenty of natural light.
The loft in the journalism room is currently used to store old yearbooks, but it needs to be cleared out for construction.
2017 yearbooks can be bought in the main office, but they are selling fast. There are only two 2017 editions left for purchase, and there are approximately 100 yearbooks from various years for purchase.
“It’s gonna let us have really cool space to get better photos and videos,” Jonathan Rogers said.

Due to an unexpected death, and the sale of the house, ALL of my yearbooks have been lost. I have no yearbooks from City High School graduating Class of 1978!….I would be happy to purchase ANY yearbook from the years of 1975-78.

Would love to see how many people I lost contact with after leaving Central Jr. High. Do you have any yearbooks from 1971 left?

Hello Steve, City no longer has a rifle team and no longer uses the firing range. We would love to do an alumni profile on you next year! Please email me at [email protected] if you are interested.

Another question. Does City High still have a rifle team and a firing range? I fiddled around with competitive shooting in the long ago, ’52 and ’53, maybe earlier, but couldn’t see well enough to do very well. One member of the Class of ’54 who did make the team was Ken Weller, now living in England. This query could make a story for the paper, but likely next year since this year is winding up. Incidentally, I was a newspaper reporter and AP writer, editorial writer, etc., for 30 years. Now long retired.

Anyone know if there is a similar “stock pile” of West High yearbooks?
Most of mine were lost (ruined in parent’s basement after one of the floods years back) I’d love copies.

I would LOVE to purchase a 1963 yearbook. Is it possible to get it mailed to me? If not, I can get a friend to pick it up.
