On Tuesday night, City High Girls basketball team took on West High at the West High gym. The nail-biter of a game ended with City winning 79-70, holding their spot as No. 1 in the Mississippi Valley Conference. The victory against No. 3 West High put their stats at 16-0, keeping their undefeated title.

“We played hard and came out ready and so did [west],” said Aubrey Joens ‘20, “It was a well matched game. They had a lot of intensity.”
