Another Victory for City High Girls Swimming

City High scored yet another victory against the Cedar Rapids Jefferson J-Hawks. The final varsity score of 115-60 confirmed the win. Junior varsity won their section as well with a score of 182-59.
“We kept the energy up, which is something we’ve been working on,” Trinity Sadecky ‘20 said. “I’m glad we were able to race against Jefferson; the atmosphere was really warm.”
The Little Hawks are keeping up their winning streak, first against Dubuque Hempstead, then Linn-Mar, and now against Cedar Rapids Jefferson.
“I thought the meet against Jefferson was really good. It was a nice mid-season meet because the team went pretty fast for the middle of the season,” Jesse Hausknecht-Brown ‘21 said. “Also, the girls at Jefferson were really nice.”
