Students from City High’s music wing are set to sell all the fruits, cheeses, nuts, and meats they can in order to raise money for their upcoming trips to Europe.

“I remember hearing about it sometime in Elementary, and we talked about it last year and now we’re doing the fruit fundraiser,” Grace Schuessler ‘24 said.

Money goes into students’ personal school accounts. Any leftover funds will help them sponsor future trips, instruments, or anything else to further their musical education.

“I have a younger sibling who is also in the music program, so anything left over will go to him,” Arabella Nelson ‘24 said.

Consumers can purchase these items in the MinnTex Citrus Sales website, where they can choose from an array of different foods, from a simple bundle of 40lbs of grapefruit to holiday fruit boxes.
