Dear readers, 

Thanks for picking up this spring’s feature mag! Aala and I are SO excited to share this issue with you. This is truly my favorite mag yet, but a bittersweet one as this is our last feature mag together. This mag is filled to the brim with amazing stories. Our cover feature takes a look into mental health in sports, and how performance pressure and expectations can affect student-athletes. Our wonderful reporter Matisse Arnone wrote several stories, including Religion in Public schools, a story exploring how much of a role religion can play in public schools. We also have several features diving into things going on at City, such as Tampon Tuesday and 9 vs 32, a feature on the unequal gender representation in City’s advanced math classes. Finally, we are celebrating both Women’s History month and Earth day in this issue, as we have a Q and A about female idols, and 15 earth day challenges. We hope you enjoy reading!
