Teacher Appreciation: Sra. Eivins Makes Learning Spanish A Breeze

This Teacher Appreciation Week, I’d like to acknowledge one of my favorite teachers here at City: Señora Eivins. Sra. Eivins makes Spanish class fun and engaging. I really enjoy the games and activities that we do in her class. Also, she takes time to help every student individually and answer their questions.  

A lot of times, taking a class in an area of interest (such as languages for me) can dull your excitement about the subject but Sra. Eivins’s class is definitely not dull. One of my favorite things about Sra. Eivins is that she takes time to get to know each student and is very caring. You can often find her outside of her door during passing time, greeting every student who enters her room. Her Spanish class is definitely a highlight of my time at City thus far!
