This Valentine’s Day, with the newest edition of the Little Hawk Newspaper coming off the press, various members of the City High Bike Club led the charge in distributing the newspaper around local neighborhoods near City High.
“Our mission is simple today: get back on our bikes after a long winter and spread the newspaper to our community in a fun and friendly way,” said Nina Kuhlmann ‘25.
With warmer weather on the way, Bike Club is warming up its tires and starting back up its Tuesday social rides, spreading the biking spirit. Whether it is a five-mile social ride or a sixty-mile journey, Bike Club is open to all, regardless of experience.
“Our goal is to get people out and riding. The weather has been less than amazing. but we are hoping to start up some fun mountain biking adventures, and I am really looking forward to some before-school morning rides,” stated Adam Schaefer, an avid cyclist.
