I went to a leadership conference over the summer. I thought some of the stuff they had us doing was crazy. I was being blindfolded and guided to another side of the room, and having to ignore distractions, and just relying on the person that’s guiding me. You had to learn trust in the other person. I learned sometimes you have to be a follower in order to be a leader.
