On Monday through Thursday at both lunch shifts this week, Community Inclusion Club (CIC) will be fundraising by hosting the “prank pot”. Students will have the opportunity to put money into a pot corresponding to a student or teacher, and whoever wins will be pranked at this Friday’s pep assembly.
“It should be really fun,” Eli Foster ‘25, president of CIC said. “and it goes towards fundraising for a good cause.”
Mr. Leman, Ms. Barnard, and Mr. Bacon are the teachers who can be voted on to be pranked. Brody Clarke ‘25 is the only student.
“Our goal is to create an inclusive environment for all students at City, and this fundraiser will help create more opportunities for us to do so.” Foster said.
Whoever gets the most money put into their pot will be pranked at the pep assembly, both the prank and the person who won will be undisclosed until the event. The proceeds of this fundraiser will go towards future CIC events, aimed towards the goal of making City High a more welcoming place for everybody.
“Stay tuned for the pep rally on Friday to see the prank, and stop by during lunch to vote for who you want to win.” Foster said.
