In the wake of the Democratic National Convention, President Barack Obama will be making trips to several universities around the midwest, including the University of Iowa. On Friday, September 7th, Obama will speak on the U of I Pentacrest, where he will be joined by Vice-President Joe Biden. Tickets are free of charge, and will begin to be handed out tomorrow morning. They will be given away at the Iowa Memorial Union, on the Pentacrest lawn, and in campaign offices in Iowa City and surrounding communities.
