Students from City and West High attended a cultural fair at the Old Capitol on Thursday, April 4, before hearing a lecture presented by the former Cambodian ambassador and current director of the World Food Prize, Kenneth M Quinn. There was a special dinner between these two events in which the students received their own personal address from Quinn.
