You know how in elementary school, you’ll really like something, and then you’ll accidentally say you love it??
and then all the kids flip out and they go “SOOOO WHY DON’T YOU MARRRRY IT?”
well
my great great great great great grandfather took that seriously when he tried gouda cheese for the first time. So yeah, “linguistics” and “talking” somehow goofed up the spelling over time. So here I am, and you will probably never forget me after hearing this story. I actually I meant reading this story, but that probably didn’t matter to you.
